ANN P. HOCHBERG

Ann P. Hochberg is a member of the firm and focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate law and corporate law. Ms. Hochberg advises clients on preparing estate plans, formation of small business and non-profit entities and compliance with statutory requirements.  She also serves as a guardian ad litem in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts in the probate of wills, proceedings for arbitration or compromise by fiduciaries, as well as trust and estate accounting and settlement.   Ms. Hochberg received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oberlin College, a Master of Science degree from Oregon State University, School of Oceanography and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.  She was admitted to the Massachusetts bar and to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts in 1988.

Prior to joining Broude & Hochberg, Ms. Hochberg practiced at the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority as an environmental attorney and before that was associated with the real estate group of the Boston law firm Goulston & Storrs P.C.  She also was a National Sea Grant fellow in the United States Senate and House of Representatives.  She is a member of the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations.
