93S to Exit 20A towards South Station;
Slight left onto Purchase Street / Surface Road;
Right on Summer Street;

93N to Exit 20 (South Station/Airport/I90);
follow directions for South Station exit (first bear left then stay in right lane);

Right on High Street to light (less than 1 block);
Must turn left on Federal Street.

Rte. 128/Mass Pike
Take Pike East to Exit 24A, (South Station);
At light at the end of the exit, at intersection of Kneeland Street, continue straight on Atlantic Avenue to the light at the front of South Station;

Must turn left on Federal Street.

Red Line MBTA or Commuter Rail from South Station
From South Station follow exit to Financial District/Federal Street/Franklin St;
Use crosswalk directly outside station and turn left and follow to next crosswalk;
Once across 2nd crosswalk you will see the Fiduciary Trust building to your left
(odd shaped building that you can't miss – larger on top than on bottom) and the Federal Street Café / Dunkin' Donuts to your right; follow the walkway between those two buildings and you will find yourself on Federal Street; 75-101 Federal Street is the last building on the left on that block (directly across from the Bank of America Building).

Alternate MBTA Subway Lines:

Green Line – from Park Street Station
Cross Tremont Street; go to the left to Bromfield Street; walk down Bromfield Street and Cross Washington Street; continue straight to Franklin Street; follow Franklin Street until it crosses Devonshire Street; an entrance to the building will be on your right.

Blue Line – from State Street Station
Take a right onto Devonshire Street and continue along to the corner of Devonshire and Franklin Street; an entrance is on Franklin Street .

Orange Line – from Downtown Crossing Station
Walk down Washington Street to other side of Filene's Department Store (one block) and take a right to walk down Franklin Street until it crosses Devonshire Street; an entrance to the building will be on your right.

Downtown Walking Directions
The 75-101 Federal Street building is located in the narrow block bordered by Federal, Franklin, and Devonshire Streets. The building may be entered during business hours at 101 Federal Street, Franklin Street between Federal and Devonshire, or Devonshire Street at Winthrop Square. After hours the only entry is at 101 Federal Street.

Parking Alternatives
Less expensive parking is in an adjacent garage that is frequently full for most of the day but often available later in the afternoon. It is entered either from the first block of Federal Street on the left, or from Devonshire Street at Winthrop Square.

The next nearest garage is at Post Office Square, which is entered from Congress Street. At the end of Federal Street, take a right on Milk Street and a right onto Congress Street. The entrance to the garage is from the left lane just after the turn. Walk up Franklin Street past the Bank of America to the corner of Federal and Franklin.

Enter the building at 101 Federal Street.
