NEIL L. COHEN

Neil L. Cohen is an associate of the firm. His practice focuses on estate planning, taxation, trust and estate administration, business planning and real estate. He also counsels individuals on the formation and administration of tax-exempt organizations. He received his B.A. from Hobart College, his J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law and his LL.M. in taxation from Boston University.

Prior to joining Broude & Hochberg, LLP, Mr. Cohen practiced with the Private Client's Group of Nixon Peabody LLP in Boston, as well as the Private Client's Group in the Boston office of Arthur Anderson LLP. Mr. Cohen is a former member of the Town of Reading Finance Committee; and in addition to being a Town Meeting member, he is currently the Secretary and a Director of the Reading Public Library Foundation. Mr. Cohen was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1994 and is a member of both the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
